It all started with the need to get milk almost daily. Our fridge in the flat could hold only so much, so the kids and I would make our way to the market no matter how soft or sunshine-y the day.

From beautifully framed doors to horses clip-clopping on the cobblestones, the camera captured our days that summer.

Wanting to bottle a bit of that wanderlust in the everyday, I've kept my shuttering sidekick handy this many years later, this many moments remembered.

It's a beautiful thing, this life.
